Better late than never - Part II

So after a couple of hours shooting in downtown Tacoma we decided to switch from the "urban" scene and go "country" Yee haw! So we headed out of town to a big grassy field with a cool old barn and rickety old fence to take a few (ok, a lot) more. By the time we were finishing up the sun (yes, sun) was setting giving a beautiful golden glow to the images...love these shots!

Better late than never

I photographed my neice Nicole and three of her girlfriends back in March...we had a blast, what a fun and beautiful group of girls. Here are just a few of my favourites, it was so hard to choose. Thanks girls, sorry it took a while to get these posted.

Alice in Wonderland part 2

Here are a few more shots of Nicole with the Alice in Wonderland artist...he was so nice to us and was more than happy to have us hang around and shoot while he worked...a genuinely nice guy and a great artist!

Alice in Wonderland

Friday, which happened to be opening day for the movie, Alice in Wonderland I got to take photos of our niece Nicole at the Alice in Wonderland mural in Tacoma...it is amazing what the artists have created. We were lucky enough to meet the two artists and watched them work for a while. Nicole was a great model and made an excellent "Alice" Passers by even commented "oh look, it's Alice" Here are just a few shots, I really had a hard time deciding which ones to post. Thanks Nicole! You're the best! Thanks Erin for your help and the cute dresses!

Boudoir Session - Tresha

I'm so excited to post my first ever Boudoir session. I just kinda "lucked" into this session. I offered to help my friend and fellow photographer Erin http://www.erinperkinsphotography.com/ with a Boudoir session she was doing. Of course I took all my camera equipment along just in case we needed it. Erin's client, Tresha was totally prepared for her session with lots of different outfits and accessories. Tresha's hair and makeup was professionally done, she looked beautiful! To top it off Tresha's home and lush furnishings made the perfect backdrop. So when Tresha said she didn't mind if I picked up my camera to take some shots I jumped at the chance. Here are just a few of my favourite shots. Model Maddie

I did Maddie's senior photos last Summer, she graduated in 2009

Besides being gorgeous! Maddie is a sweetheart! We had so much fun doing her senior session that we did another session just for fun.

We wanted to do something a little different...

So Maddie got all dressed up and we headed to a grungy alley, her dad brought his Harley!
